Knitting is incredible!
Tuesdays, 6 – 8 p.m. — in the Drake Room
Tired of ordinary Bible studies where you get fidgety hands? Well, come to a Bible study that feeds your soul AND moves your hands! Knitting and Scripture: What a combination. Come for either or both. Will you be late? No problem! Don't know how to knit? No problem, we will teach you for the low, low price of producing one prayer shawl apiece (no time limit). Don't know much about the Bible? No problem, we got that too! Bring a Bible, and if you have some yarn and knitting needles, bring those too! You can even bring a friend!
We are appealing to anyone (men, women, students, working professionals, etc.) who wants to learn to knit. The hours are designed to provide an opportunity for folks who want to learn but can't make the prayer shawl group on Tuesday afternoon. We would love to have anyone who can come.
