The first annual Women of Saint Michael day of service at Jubilee Park & Community Center will be on Friday, April 7 from 9 a.m. to noon. Join the group for gardening, playing Senior Bingo, reading to children, and so much more. This is a great way to come together in joyful service to the Jubilee community!
Free childcare will be provided at the Church. If you need childcare, just check the box in the RSVP form below after you click “yes” to tell us you’re coming.
Volunteers are needed for the following opportunities:
Gardening: Beautify Jubilee Park by aiding in spring planting led by Katie Whiteman. Bring work gloves and any planting tools you might find helpful if you have them.
David’s Place: Join group leader Beth Hise as she walks you over to David’s Place where the staff will put you to work either working with the children or helping the staff organize.
Jeanie’s Place: Join group leader Gigi Poglitsch as she walks you over to Jeanie’s Place where you will be able to help take care of the babies as well as help the staff as needed.
Senior Bingo: Join Karen Pardoe and Jean Coleman as they organize Bingo for the seniors in the community center.
Decorations Committee: Help make signs in preparation for the Jubilee Health Fair the following day or decorate the community center bulletin boards for spring. We will also be making 500 snack bags for the health fair.
Click “Yes” to tell us you’re coming on the form below, and then select one of these volunteer jobs.
