If you are ready for your next step in building a closer relationship with God, Cursillo may be for you. During a Cursillo weekend, the teachings of Jesus are discussed in a climate of joy and friendship. The schedule is interspersed with recreation, laughter, songs, and moments of reflection and silence. Cursillo reunions are designed to introduce you to the program and celebrate with past attendees. This women's study group will begin the year discussing the book of Acts, volume 2 of Gospel writer Luke's story of Jesus and the early church. The conversation encourages exploration of our spiritual and faith journeys in relation to the week's lessons.
Men's Cancer Support Group

A six-week Men’s Cancer Support Group beginning April 19 will meet on Thursdays at 4 p.m. in the Chapel Conference Room to offer support to those who are bearing or have borne the burden of cancer. Members of the group share information and encouragement with one another, in a confidential setting.

Prayer ministry study group and supper

The Prayer Ministry continues its study of Henri J.M. Nouwen's, The Only Necessary Thing, Living a Prayerful Life on the third Thursday in the Coke Activities Room. The Supper begins at 6 p.m. with the study following, 7 to 8:30 p.m. You can purchase the books in the Saint Michael Book Store.
The Prayer Ministry includes volunteers who are members of the Sunday Service Prayer Teams, The Daily Intercessory Prayer Team, the COSB and the Prayer Shawl Ministry. This meeting and study is open to anyone in the church interested in prayer.
