Cursillo
If you are ready for your next step in building a closer relationship with God, Cursillo may be for you. During a Cursillo weekend, the teachings of Jesus are discussed in a climate of joy and friendship. The schedule is interspersed with recreation, laughter, songs, and moments of reflection and silence. Education for Ministry
Education for Ministry, or EfM, is an in-depth study of the Old Testament (Hebrew scriptures), New Testament (Christian scriptures), church history, and theology. Each week participants engage in prayerful discussion of topics in relation to culture and personal growth. A process of theological reflection relates all readings to issues in society and our personal spiritual journeys. The course requires a commitment of time and attendance. EfM is an adult extension course from The School of Theology at The University of the South (Sewanee) and is $350.00 annually.
