Beginning in March 2005, Saint Michael and All Angels embarked upon a planning initiative aimed at identifying new programs that will help Saint Michael and All Angels become more relevant in your life as a parishioner. The Strategic Plan process centered on the act of listening – to our fellow parishioners, to our staff and volunteers leaders, and to each other.  Between April and December 2005, we held more than 35 listening sessions, attended by more than 600 parishioners.
