Advent Festival 2024: A Joyful Kickoff to the Season
Thank you to everyone who joined us on December 1 for one of Saint Michael’s most cherished traditions: the Advent Festival! This community-wide event brought together parishioners of all ages to celebrate the beginning of the Advent season with joy and fellowship.
The day began with a beautiful Advent-themed worship service, where we were delighted by a surprise visit from St. Nicholas himself! After the service, the celebration continued with festive treats and refreshments—our youngest Saint Michaelites were especially thrilled with the sweet goodies.
Highlights of the festival included an engaging Christmas service project and creative Advent-themed crafts that brought out the holiday spirit in everyone. It was heartwarming to see so many come together to kick off this special season.
