Nativity Auditions

The beloved Nativity Pageant is approaching and it is time for auditions! Children and Family Ministries, partnering with the Choir, are calling all kids and youth ages PK3-8th grade to come and participate. The pageant will take place on Sunday, December 8th.
Children ages 3rd-8th grade are welcome to audition for a role. All who audition will be cast, and as always, we tweak the roles to fit the individual strengths and comfort levels of the principal characters. Roles like Mary, Joseph and the Angel Gabriel can expect speaking parts and to sing solos. Other characters, like Shepherds and Innkeepers, can expect speaking parts and to sing in full ensemble songs. The Narrator is an ideal role for a confident speaker in 6th grade or higher. Rehearsals include singing coachings with Shelby and Ashley, both music educators closely integrated with Saint Michael.
