Rector's Bible Study

RBS: Exodus

Rector's Bible Study

RBS is on break until the Fall! Returns September 21 Weekly on Wednesdays
10:30 a.m. in the Saint Michael Chapel or Streamed Live (see below)

Join our Rector, Chris Girata, for this weekly Bible study beginning Wednesday, September 21 as we continue a fascinating character study of great leaders in the Bible! This year, we focus on The Kings: Saul, David, and Solomon. We will direct focus our study on 1 and 2 Samuel, as well as the early chapters of 1 Kings. Although knowing about the united kingdom period of Israel is helpful to us, we will spend most of our time studying King David specifically. David is a truly complicated character and absolutely integral to our understanding of Jesus Christ. Although not required, this year’s companion book will be 1 and 2 Samuel for Everyone by John Goldingay, and will be available in the Saint Michael Book Shop. Email Bhav Masih at [email protected] to be added to our email mailing list or for more information.
