TELA, HONDURAS DAY 6

I got to spend the morning at Espiritu Santos School. Sally Schupp and Mary Elizabeth Schlier have created a wonderful week of Bible classes for all of the children in the school. The kids love the art and music. Tom Blackmon is gifted at leading Godly Play.
We have 9 high school seniors who have been helping both at the school and the barrios. It has been wonderful getting to know them and watch them grow into this mission work. They help with fluoride treatments, organizing relay races and of course working with us in the classrooms.
We were back at Citronella this afternoon. The mothers and other family members heard what we were doing and we had lots of extra people on hand. I love how the mom’s jump in and help by the end of the day.
Tomorrow is our last workday—this week has flown by!
