Welcome to the Christmas Hub Page, covering the seasons of Advent and Christmas, and Epiphany 2024.
God calls us all to new life each day, and the promise of new life is made known most profoundly in the birth of Jesus Christ. Preparing for, celebrating, and spreading the good news of God in Christ is a privilege for us as disciples. Together, we are becoming the people God is calling us to be.
Sunday, December 3 | 9 AM
The festival will begin with an Advent-themed Joy service and includes the appearance of a very special guest: St. Nicholas! Following the service, all are invited to enjoy treats and refreshments, participate in a Christmas service project, and engage in a variety of Advent activities.

Begin the Advent Season with this beloved service of readings and music sung in procession.
Weekdays, December 4 – 22
Make the Saint Michael Seasonal Meditations a weekday spiritual discipline! The clergy of Saint Michael and All Angels lead a seasonal meditation, focusing on a different theme each season that we can apply to our everyday lives.

I Believe in Angels (IBIA) is one of the annual partnerships between Saint Michael and Jubilee Park.
November 19–December 17
Support Saint Michael outreach partners, and receive acknowledgment cards that make great Christmas gifts!
December 3 – 19
This year we will be sharing Christmas joy with our friends at Stephen C. Foster Elementary through our first annual toy drive for the students grades PreK – 6th grade!
Saturday, December 9 | 10 AM–2 PM
Saint Michael’s Farmers Market is partnering with Klyde Warren Park to host a Pop-Up Holiday Market. Come support your favorite farmers, ranchers, and local food artisans and enjoy this beautiful oasis in the heart of Dallas.
Saturday, December 9 | 9 AM – 12 PM
The retreat will focus on Barkley's new book, How Can We Know the Way? Reflections on Belief, Salvation, and Eternal Life.
Sunday, December 10 | 9 AM
Our children from preschool – 8th grade will re-enact the story of the birth of Jesus. The performance was held live during the 9 a.m. traditional service on Sunday, December 10.
Sunday, December 17 | 4 PM
As we prepare for Christmas and the birth of Christ, join Saint Michael for this beloved and beautiful service, featuring several Lessons and Carols.
Christmas Flower Memorials
Honor a loved one by making a Christmas Flower Memorial donation. Make your donation by December 19.

Each year at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, as part of our Christmas celebrations, we have a lovely tradition of giving 100% of our undesignated offerings to outreach projects supported by our parish.

Advent Calendar Food Drive
This winter we are sponsoring an Advent project that begins the weekend after Thanksgiving. Pick up a bag when you’re on campus and gather supplies to help our neighbors.

Join us for the Feast of Epiphany--a service where we celebrate the revelation of Jesus as the Son of God to the wise men who traveled from the east to visit the newborn king. It’s also the day that officially concludes the Christmas season.

Join the Women of Saint Michael on January 17 to hear from Barbara Heller, author, award-winning director of short films, and manager of film and television locations, as she explores letters in literary classics.
Sunday, January 21 | 4 PM
Join us for our Epiphany Lessons & Carols service as we complete the cycle of observances that began in Advent and continued through Christmas.

On behalf of the Women of Saint Michael, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 2024 Parish Party! After a five-year pause, we believe this is a pivotal time to bring our congregation together.

The main church Douglas Avenue doors will be open to a quiet, candlelit church at 7:30 p.m. All in-person Compline services will also include light coming only from candles, processing, and incense.
