Community Shepherd Purpose & Expectations
The purpose of the Good Shepherd Ministry (GSM) is to build a sense of community within the larger geographical area of Saint Michael by responding to needs with neighbor helping neighbor. Community Shepherds are the liaisons between their parish neighbors and the church. The GSM goal is for every parish neighborhood to have two shepherds working together to communicate with and encourage neighbors to care for, pray for, and help one another when there is a need or something to celebrate. Doing small things together that make a BlG impact.

CARE
Respond to parish neighbor needs
COMMUNICATE
Write an encouraging note, make a quick phone call, or send a brief text or email.
